We have 10 weeks left and have finally "pretty much" decided on a name. We picked...drum roll please....
Ashlyn Kristin Brodie
We picked "Ashlyn" from a list of 1,100 names. It came down to that and Payton, after Walter Payton, B's favorite football player and a Mississippi native. So, of course this was a great option. Ashlyn just seemed more unique and a little prettier.
I wanted her middle name to be after my sister, Kristin. Taylor's middle name "Renee" is after B's sister Kristen. I wanted to remember my sister in my children's name because she has made me so proud of her and I wanted to let her know it.
So, there you have it. Miss Ashlyn Kristin Brodie. Due 2-2-11, also Groundhog Day but most importantly my dad's birthday!!!
